MCA’s Annual Auction: A Hybrid Extravaganza!

Marion Cultural Alliance (MCA) is ecstatic to announce that this year’s annual auction is set to be a dynamic hybrid event. The festivities kick off with an online auction launch Friday, September 6 at 5 pm, coinciding with MCA’s September member’s reception. The excitement will crescendo with a grand finale on Friday, September 13 from 6-8 pm at The Brick (23 SW Broadway Street), featuring the highly anticipated POP PARTY, an in-person event held two hours before the auction’s conclusion.

During the in-person event, all auction items and experiences will be on display, allowing guests to see their potential treasures firsthand. MCA will amplify the festive atmosphere with complimentary beer, wine, and a signature cocktail, all paired with delightful pop-themed snacks including popcorn, popsicles, cake pops, pop tarts, and bubbles. MCA’s online platform, OneCause, will keep donors engaged with real-time prompts and status updates on their bids, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience.

Please Note: While we would love for you to join us at the POP Party, attendance is not mandatory to participate in the final hours of bidding. You can conveniently place your bids from the comfort of your home!

Throughout September, the MCA Gallery will be illuminated by the vibrant exhibit “COLOR POP!” Guests can enjoy a lively atmosphere surrounded by an array of colorful artwork.

Special Collaboration with Gray Realty

In an exciting collaboration, MCA is partnering with the Gray Realty team to hold a live auction as part of the evening’s festivities. Items include: MCA’s Horse Fever Experience, Trips to attend horse racing at Tampa Bay Downs and Gulfstream Park, and Man O’War Cay! Remarkably, 100% of the proceeds from the auction will support MCA’s Give4Marion Campaign.

You can still bid from the comfort of your home!
