Meat the Arts is a collaboration of art and agriculture, providing YOU with grass fed, locally raised beef while providing MCA with much needed funds to continue their mission to champion, convene and create opportunities for local artists and arts organizations in the Ocala Metro area.
How does it work? Simply fill out this order form, pay your invoice, and for every pound of ground beef selling for $8 per pound (compared to local grocery stores at $9 and up) Rudnianyn Farms will give $1 to the Marion Cultural Alliance!
Place your order by 5 pm every Friday, and simply pop into MCA’s the Brick Gallery to pick up your order Wednesday through Friday of the following week. It’s a wonderful opportunity to “meat” the arts by seeing MCA’s current exhibit at the Brick Gallery and by visiting their gift shop.

“We also have whole/half steers available for purchase at $3 per lb of hanging weight and you pay the processor! These are “Pasture Raised” steers and we have been told, even though we already knew, it is great tasting beef. You can always share the expense by splitting a steer with another family.
