Final Report Requirement
We want to hear about the success of your grant-funded project! Your final report helps MCA measure and communicate the impact of our Cultural Grant Program across the community.
Submission of a final report is required within 30 days of completing your grant activities. Please include any testimonials that speak to your program’s impact, along with 3–5 high-resolution images of your project or event.
Please note that organizations with outstanding final reports from previously funded grants will not be eligible for future funding until all reports have been submitted.
