This hands-on workshop introduces participants to the traditional craft of making oil paint from raw pigments. Students will learn how professional-quality oil paint is created, how materials influence color and handling, and how handmade paint differs from commercial brands. Participants will work directly with raw pigments and oils, learning proper safety, mulling techniques, and paint storage. Each attendee will create three custom oil paint colors to take home. This one-day workshop runs from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM, and all supplies are provided.
