MCA Presents: Yoga for Kids

Ms. Monica is originally from Mexico and has lived in the United States of America for over 20 years. Monica has worked as a lead VPK Teacher, has her National Child Development Associate, CPR/First AID Certification, and completed 95 hours of Children’s Yoga Training (RCYT).
Yoga for kids is not only a fun safe environment but Monica’s mission is for children to learn the four basic elements of Yoga: Mindfulness, self love, self regulation skills and balance, coordination and strength.
Yoga for Kids Class is recommended for children 3+. This class will be in English and Spanish. $15 per child.
