Heart Steps Pathway to Healing

Join Jillian Ramsammy and Jessica McCune at “heART Steps” in partnership with Arts in Health Ocala Metro on August 27th where we will learn practical skills of self-renewal to heal relationships with yourself and others. During this day-long workshop for adults, we will use story, creative writing, music, drawing, poetry, and movement to identify barriers to joy. A light lunch will be provided. While this event is free, we do require registration and we suggest a $20 donation. (Sorry, we cannot accommodate food allergies, but please bring whatever you would like.) Dress code: comfy!
